Cory has been a healthcare practitioner for 13 years and is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner. He has taken courses in advanced visceral manipulation, advanced movement therapy and infant cranial-sacral to name a few.

 

Taking a full-body approach to healing, Cory focuses on visceral manipulation, cranial-sacral therapy and remedial exercise. This approach helps by taking tensions off of the spine and the rest of the body, allowing the body's self-healing mechanisms to function properly, helping both acute and chronic pain.

 

Cory works as a preceptor for different universities, so he may have a student shadowing him. Please call or email us if you are uncomfortable having a student in the room during your treatment.

 

When he isn't working or studying, he enjoys staying active with his wife and son. Fishing, Mountain biking, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, reading, playing numerous sports and working out are some of the activities Cory does to stay in shape.

With a solid foundation in Dentistry in Colombia, Liliana has spent twenty-one years perfecting her abilities to integrate her holistic dental knowledge, which allows her to offer a comprehensive and patient-centered care approach in addition to a solid foundation in diagnosis, treatment, and communication.

 

Liliana’s journey in Canada led her to explore the world of Osteopathy, where she discovered the incredible impact it can have in the treatment of various conditions, acute and chronic, and understand the intimate relationships between the different systems of the body.  Her experience in healthcare as a Dentist and Manual Osteopath, help to promote the general well-being of patients using gentle, non-invasive techniques.

She loves cats and everything that surrounds their world. Liliana enjoys being outdoors with family, riding bikes, playing tennis, or simply walking the trails. As a hobby, she likes to keep busy painting and making crafts.

Ivan Penuela

Manual Osteopathic Practitioner (DOMP), Medical Doctor (in Colombia)

Ivan has been a practitioner as a health professional with twenty-five years of experience as a Family Doctor in Colombia and currently is a Manual Osteopath Practitioner.

 

He has manual therapy skills in osteopath techniques such as joint mobilizations, muscle energy techniques, soft tissue techniques, and craniosacral therapy. His ability to assess patients, identify the root causes of their condition, and develop individualized treatment plans has been highly valued by his patients, tutors, and colleagues.  

Ivan’s knowledge allows him to offer his clients effective treatment with various general conditions, helping them regain their functional condition and live a pain-free life, additionally contributes to the persons returning to their normal dynamic, eliminating they’re not healthy routines, promoting the best lifestyle in all the habitual aspects.

 

He is a lover of outdoor sports like riding a bicycle, play tennis, volleyball, and soccer, as well as aquatic sports like swimming in the lake, snorkelling, and diving. He also enjoys family activities such as hiking on the trails, table games, and BBQ.

Cass graduated from Leeds Beckett University, in England, with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy. She went on to obtain a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Laurentian University, and an Advanced Diploma in Physical Fitness and Leisure Management from Cambrian College.

 

Cass has gained valuable experience over the course of her career, taking on various roles throughout the Health and Fitness Industry. Her experience, coupled with her passion for lifelong learning, ensures she provides the most up-to-date treatments that are tailored to her client's needs. Cass expertly guides her clients through a combination of movement patterns, strengthening, and education to help them achieve their goals.

 

Cass has been shadowing Cory for a few months and has started to adopt osteopathic techniques into her treatments which furthers her ability to personalize the care she provides.  Her specialties include;
