Our Practitioners

Cory Scopel

Manual Osteopathic Practitioner (DOMP)

Cory has been a healthcare practitioner for 11 years and is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner. He has taken courses in advanced visceral manipulation, advanced movement therapy & infant cranial-sacral to name a few.

Taking a full body approach to healing, Cory focuses on visceral manipulation, cranial-sacral therapy & remedial exercise. This approach helps by taking tensions off of the spine and the rest of the body, allowing the body's self healing mechanisms to function properly, helping both acute and chronic pain.

Cory works as a preceptor for the CCNM (Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine), so he may have a student shadowing him. Please call or email us if you are not comfortable having a student in the room during your treatment.

When he isn't working or studying, he enjoys staying active with his wife, son and dog. Fishing, Mountain biking, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, reading, playing numerous sports and working out are some of the activities Cory does to stay in shape.

Hunter

Natural Balance Osteopathy Greeter

Hunter has been accompanying Cory to the office since 2018, helping to ease people's anxiety and provide a relaxing demeanor for the clinic. You'll most likely receive a lazy tail wag upon entering the clinic. He enjoys scratches behind the ears, and is great with kids. (He has a very lazy and relaxed personality and doesn't jump, bark or lick).
